Frequently Asked Questions About These Wood Blanks

Q: What types of wood blanks do you offer?
A: I offer a variety of unfinished pine wood blanks, including beveled-edge plaques, sign blanks, and specialty shapes in multiple sizes and dimensions, ready for painting, woodburning, staining, vinyl application, or laser engraving. Some might have knots and some might not, but any small gaps near knots will be carefully filled with wood filler and sanded smooth to maintain a clean, craft-ready surface.

Q: Are your wood blanks sanded and ready to use?
A: Yes! Each piece is pre-sanded to a smooth finish so you can start crafting immediately. For projects requiring a super smooth surface (like vinyl), a quick final sanding is optional but not required. These are all unfinished raw wood with no stain or finish of any kind on them.

Q: Do you offer custom sizes or bulk orders?
A: Yes — If you would like a custom size and or a bulk order, please contact me for more details.

Q: How is the shipping?
A: All orders ship within 3 business days. Custom orders should be about the same. I carefully package your wood blanks to protect the edges and surfaces during shipping, ensuring they arrive in craft-ready condition. I ship from the upper peninsula of Michigan with tracking provided on every order. Smaller orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage and larger orders usually ship with FedEx or UPS.

Q: How and where are they made?
A: I personally hand make each piece in my woodshop located in the upper peninsula of Michigan.
